TB Suspension kit, Red with adjusters 350# – CRF110

Upgrade your Honda CRF110 suspension with this complete TBparts suspension package featuring our Black TiN-coated fork assembly with HD springs paired with a 350lb DNM rear shock. Designed specifically for adult riders and aggressive MX riding, this setup delivers dramatically improved handling, stability, damping control, and overall ride quality compared to the soft OEM suspension.

Bundled together for the best value possible, this bolt-on suspension combo transforms your CRF110 into a more capable and confidence-inspiring machine on the track, trails, or pit bike circuit.

TB Fork Assembly Set – HD Springs & Black TiN-Coated Uppers

Now available with premium Black Titanium Nitride (TiN)–coated uppers, these forks are built for riders who demand better performance and durability. Unlike the very soft stock CRF110 forks designed for kids trail riding, these feature adult-weighted HD springs and upgraded internals engineered for aggressive riding conditions.

The damping rods are specially ported to match the heavier spring rates, improving damping and rebound control while eliminating the “pogo stick” feel common with OEM forks. The rods are also lengthened to provide additional fork travel for better suspension performance.

To improve durability and strength, we integrated an OEM-style internal bushing/guide inside the fork bottoms — a major improvement over stock CRF110 forks.

Fork Features

• HD springs designed for adult riders and MX use
• Tuned to pair perfectly with 250–350lb DNM rear shocks
• Improved damping rods for better rebound and damping control
• Strengthened design with additional internal bushings
• Gloss black fork bottoms with cast TB logo
• Black TiN-coated uppers for improved durability and smooth action
• Extended +40mm fork length and travel (over 1.5” longer than OEM)

Why Black Titanium Nitride (TiN) Coating?

Titanium Nitride coating offers major performance and durability advantages over traditional chrome fork tubes. TiN is significantly harder than chrome, providing increased wear resistance, scratch resistance, and extended fork life.

The coating also reduces friction, allowing the fork tubes to move more smoothly through the seals and bushings for more consistent suspension performance.

Advantages of TiN Coating

• Increased hardness: 2400–2600 Hv
  (Chrome: ~940–1210 Hv)
• Lower coefficient of friction for smoother fork action
• Increased wear and temperature resistance
• Corrosion resistant
• High-quality long-lasting finish
• Improves performance while enhancing appearance
• Applied using advanced Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process

Included Suspension Hardware

This kit also includes preload spacers and a red preload cap to complete the suspension setup and provide additional adjustability and custom styling.

DNM Rear Shock – 350lb Spring (290mm)

Complete the setup with this high-quality DNM MK-AR series rear shock built to TBparts specifications. Unlike many aftermarket DNM shocks, this version is designed specifically to fit CRF110 models — including 2019+ bikes — without grinding or frame modification.

Simply bolt it on and ride.

DNM Shock Features

• 350lb spring rate ideal for heavier adult riders and aggressive MX riding
• Adjustable preload and rebound damping
• Nitrogen-charged oil damping system
• Hard-chromed 14mm steel damper shaft
• High-quality finish and construction
• 290mm eye-to-eye length
• Direct bolt-on fitment for CRF110 models

Installation Notes

• Forks ship pre-filled with 15wt fork oil
• For best performance, drain and refill with 5.5oz of quality 20wt fork oil
• Replacement fork seals use OEM-style seals: TBW1598
• OEM CRF110 fork emulators do not fit TB forks

Disclaimer

These forks have undergone extensive racing and jumping testing and are designed similarly to OEM-style hydraulic telescopic forks with upgraded components and internals. However, like any conventional fork design, they can still bend if severely over-jumped or flat-landed.

For best performance and longevity:

• Avoid flat landing jumps
• Do not exceed the intended limits of conventional fork systems

Considering inverted fork conversions often cost three times as much, this complete bolt-on suspension kit delivers unbeatable performance and value for the Honda CRF110.
