We strive to ship all in stock orders within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted in the product description or here on this page. Again this is our goal and cannot always be met.

Transit times shown for most shipping methods are only estimates!!! Guarantees are only based upon the guarantee put in place by the shipping carrier. Factory Minibikes provides this estimate as a courtesy. 


***Free Shipping: Orders placed with the Free Shipping option must provide a physical address. If only a PO Box is supplied the order will be put on hold until a valid address can be provided*** NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Signature is required on all shipments $700 or more. This is not something that can be avoided. It is a requirement and no exceptions can be made.

Rest assured we are processing your order and will get it to you as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

NEW SHIPPING UPDATES DUE TO COVID-19

During this Covid-19 pandemic please be aware that shipping carrier transit times are much slower than normal, so please plan accordingly. I DO NOT recommend expedited shipping options right now unless you are ok with the possibility of them not showing up as expected. There will be NO refunds issued for shipments that don't meet the expected ship times for that service.

 

UPS Suspension of Service Guarantee

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

As the effects of Covid-19 impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions.
