TB Front Wheel Kit, 19″ CNC – KLX140L/RL

Upgrade your Kawasaki KLX140 with this complete TB Parts 19″ Front Wheel Assembly. Built with a CNC-machined billet aluminum hub, heavy-duty stainless steel spokes, and a black rim, this wheel delivers a strong, high-quality upgrade over the stock setup at an affordable price.

The blacked-out combination of the billet hub, rim, and spokes gives your KLX140 a sharp custom look, finished off with TB logos on both the rim and hub. High-quality wheel bearings and new dust covers are already included, making this a complete bolt-on option that’s ready to install.

Best of all, these wheels come pre-laced, saving you a ton of time compared to assembling and lacing a wheel from individual components.

Fitment:

  • Fits Kawasaki KLX140L/RL models that are factory-equipped with a 19″ front wheel
  • Intended as a replacement or upgrade for the factory 19″ wheel setup

Important Notes:

After the first 1/2 hour of ride time, check all spokes to ensure they are properly tightened. Keeping your spokes properly tightened and your wheels true will help ensure maximum wheel life and performance.

  • Spoke Torque Spec: 55 in-lbs
  • Periodically check spoke tension as part of regular maintenance
  • True the wheels as needed for best results

  • KLX140  ALL (this will be a size change for standard 140 or 140R models. Rear uses klx140/R/L/RL sprockets)
  • KLX140L  ALL (Rear uses a klx140/R/L/RL sprocket)
  • Wheels are compatible with OEM kx85/klx140 rotor and OEM sprocket. Be sure you use a klx140 rear sprocket on the klx140 and a kx85 rear sprocket on a kx85. They use different sprockets for different size chains.

Tips of Cleaning Rims:

  • Please note that wheels can only be washed with "mild soap"
  • Do not wash rim with Natrium hydroxide based liquids like "wheel  wash" and "iron removers"), these will spoil the Anodization immediately then the color will be faded
