Compression ratio on this piston is:

• 12.4:1 – Stock stroke w/OEM cylinder head – Fresh 91+ high octane pump gas can be used (Race gas is not required).
• 13.4:1 – 55mm Stroke w/OEM cylinder head –  FRESH 93+ octane pump gas can be used. Use Octane Booster or mix with race fuel if you hear engine Knock Under load. 
• Fuel can lose octane over time from sitting — especially under the wrong storage conditions. 91-93 octane pump fuel is best when used within 30 days.
