Shipping & Receiving Associate – Factory Minibikes (Elizabeth, Colorado)

Position Overview
Factory Minibikes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Elizabeth, Colorado facility. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with our high standards for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders using established procedures.

  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas and assist with stock rotation and labeling.

  • Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packaging for domestic and international orders.

  • Coordinate with carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) for pickups and deliveries.

  • Report discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory shortages promptly.

  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.

  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and skid steers (training available).

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.

  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use shipping software and email.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position based in Elizabeth, Colorado.
