Genuine SP Takegawa replacement exhaust valve for compatible Takegawa Super Head +R 2-valve cylinder heads used on Kawasaki KLX110 and KSR110-based engines.

This valve features a 24.5mm valve head and 4.5mm valve stem. It is designed to replace a worn, bent, damaged, or leaking exhaust valve while maintaining the correct dimensions required by the compatible Takegawa performance cylinder head.

Important Fitment Note:

This is not a replacement valve for the factory Kawasaki cylinder head. Takegawa produced several different Super Head configurations and valve sizes. Confirm that your existing cylinder head uses Takegawa exhaust-valve part number 00-00-1356, a 24.5mm valve head, and a 4.5mm valve stem before ordering.

This valve is not intended for Super Head 4V+R cylinder heads or Takegawa cylinder heads that use a different valve size.

Installation Note:

Cylinder-head service should be performed by an experienced engine builder or qualified technician. Inspect the valve guide, valve seat, valve seal, springs, retainers, and keepers during installation. Valve-seat machining or lapping may be required to achieve proper sealing.

Always check piston-to-valve clearance, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve lash before operating the engine.
