The kit now includes the proven Mikuni VM26 carburetor which will provide better performance and ease of tuning. Our Race Head has been updated for even more performance!
This kit is the complete kit to convert your stock motor into a powerful open class 108cc engine (MUCH MORE POWERFULL than the common Chinese 107 and 125cc engines) with tons of torque!
The kit includes the following parts:
- Have Roller Rocker Arms exactly like the V2 head for the KLX110
- 28.5mm intake Valve
- 23.5mm Exhaust Valve
- 5mm Valve Stem
- 26mm Intake Port - Matches Intake Manifold Kit TBW0433
- 23mm Exhaust port
- All pistons in the kits are new and have CNC machined piston domes
- Head kits include all hardware
- Head kits Include all covers
NOTES:
Most all CT70s will require a throttle change so the aftermarket carb will work properly. We sell two versions that will work but almost any generic normal Honda type throttle will work as well. (Most of the old throttles don’t have enough free cable to work on the bigger carbs.)
