This kit comes complete with:
– 68mm Ceramic Forged Cylinder
– 68mm/13:1 Forged Piston w/ Rings Set, Wrist Pins and Clips (runs on 91/93 Pump Gas)
– Head and Base gasket (we do recommend buying a clutch cover and ignition cover gasket that we sell here in the KLX140 section)
– Stage 3 camshaft with roller rocker arm design
– Cylinder Head with Big Valve 34-29mm CNC ported
– +6mm Stroker crank
– PWK Type 32mm Carb and Jet Kit with mains and pilot jets
– Stage 3 CDI
– Intake Manifold
– Rubber Boot to airbox (not pictured)

This cylinder head is already ported and has been customized for this 68mm piston size
This kit requires case boring as well as oil port modifications.
We strongly suggest an aftermarket exhaust with any bore kit as well as HD Clutch as well as the Proper throttle cable to match the throttle assembly you are using. We prefer the stock oem throttle assembly with the Pro Circuit Billet Tube and it would use TBW1734 throttle cable.
