S stage bore up kit 145cc
By changing the cylinder and piston, the displacement can be changed from normal 124cc to 145cc. By installing together with FI controller TYPE-e (injection controller), it realizes torqueful output characteristics different from normal.
The cylinder adopts an aluminum steel sleeve cylinder. Bore diameter 54mm Stroke 63.1mm (normal) Compression ratio 11.2:1
cylinder can be installed with SP TAKEGAWA M5 temperature sensor, so you can purchase a separate thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor) , the cylinder temperature can be measured.
There are two types of S stage bore up kit, one without sports camshaft and one with accessories.
Sports camshaft (N-10)
The optimum profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head improves the output performance. By installing it on a normal engine, the output in the high rotation range will be improved.
If you remove the decompression part from the stock camshaft and attach it to the sports camshaft, it will be an auto decompression specification.
Precautions
*When installing the S stage bore up kit, it is necessary to install a fuel controller at the same time. Without the proper tune it will result in failure.
*Since the displacement is 125cc or more, it cannot be driven on public roads with a two-class moped registration. It will be for competition only.
■Regarding bore up kit installation: By installing the SP TAKEGAWA bore up kit, the engine output and torque are greatly increased, so the load such as torsion and deflection increases on the crankshaft.
At SP TAKEGAWA, we recommend installing a crankshaft support adapter at the same time to reduce the load on the crankshaft. The crankshaft support adapter adds ball bearing support to the end of the crankshaft on the flywheel side, suppressing twisting and bending, and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.
