Fits the KLX110 L Model but no change in travel
These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with our stiff springs. Be sure to consider a longer brake cable for the increased travel.

Install Recommendation and Specs:
When using the extended damping rods please use the following as you baseline setup. Measurements provided are from the top of the tube with springs out and forks compressed. We suggest 15wt oil for riders under 150lbs and 20wt for riders over 150lbs.
CRF110 = 140mm from the top (approx 5.5oz of fluid)
KLX110/DRZ110 = 89mm from the top
TTR110 = 92mm from the top
