Starting off with a throttle body/manifold kit and a tune is the best bang for your buck you can do for your 2019 and newer Honda CRF110F. This 24mm kit works great with the stock 110cc and has been tested with excellent results on our 132cc kit. All throttle body kits will require a re-map of the stock ECU or aftermarket ECU to increase the amount of fuel delivered to the engine. Running these throttle body kits without a fuel controller will cause the bike to run dangerously lean. Currently we do not offer any flash service but this is something that we are working to offer soon!! Meanwhile, CJR can get your stock ECU flashed with the appropriate tune.
24mm Throttle Body Kit:
The factory throttle body is a big limitation for the CRF110F coming in at 19mm. Our 24mm kit offers improved performance especially noticeable in the mid range and top end. With a 25% larger butterfly in the throttle body to work with the larger intake manifold. From idle to 5,000rpm the bike feels exactly as it did before (with intake/exhaust/tune), from 5,000rpm and up, the bike does not stop pulling! As you can see from the dyno graph, we are making peak power at the stock 9800rpm limit! Looking at the data behind the scenes, we are able to accelerate 2 full seconds faster on a 3rd gear 15mph to 37mph run. This is a modification you can definitely feel for a night and day different bike. The 26mm option comes ported and disables the fast idle solenoid, we generally see an additional gain with the 26mm over the 24mm with slightly better throttle response in the low-mid rpm range.
This is the largest restriction found on the CRF110. Using the unrestricted intake manifold, it removes the bottleneck restriction found in the stock intake manifold. The stock manifold starts at over 24mm, works down to 13mm in the middle and back to 20mm where it meets the cylinder head. This reduces air flow and decreases performance. The same thing Honda did in 2013-2018 with a smaller 13mm throttle body.
