Yuminashi 30mm Throttle Body & Manifold
2019 and up HONDA CRF110 (EFI Models)
Requires you to drill and tap to add a nozzle for the MAP sensor hose. Also take note this is a single cable type throttle body that does not work with the oem throttle. Cables you can re-use but you will need to get a single throttle like the T-rex Throttles we sell.
Does not work with stock airbox and intake tubes. Pod filter recommended.

With the new 2021 Yuminashi throttle body type Yuminashi has worked the solution out with a blend of the large throttle body and the stock 3-pin TP connector to make this new throttle body type a real plug and play experience without any wiring loom involved.

It has also the manual idle air screw, as stock on 110 and 125 throttle bodies, so it's actually child's play to adjust/set the idle with a simple screwdriver.
- The injector is installed on top of the throttle body where the spraying fuel mist makes a perfect mixture with the incoming air stream, and this spray has also a cooling effect on the manifold.
- This throttle body set allows you to flip the manifold 180 degrees around to create a ram air filling effect, without the need for an additional bended intake tube.
- Bends and curves are the enemy of horsepower, so if you point the throttle body in to the driving direction the ram air goes straight in to the cylinder head without any additional bends or curves.

The manifold comes in the kit as a casted semi-finished item, and has roughly been cleaned up at the inside.
Keep in mind if you order this kit, that you might have some further smoothing/finished work to do at the inside for a completely smooth transition.
The diameter at the throttle body side is 32mm, and at the cylinder head side it's 26.90mm where there is enough material available to enlarge this diameter in case you have a larger port head.
