I have a 1992 XR100 that I put a KLX140 stock front end on it so I had disc brakes. The stock upper was trash. I tried replacing the rubber grommets but I could never get the bars to feel like they were straight. I bought one of these bad boys and poof my problem was fixed. The front end has never felt better.
Sweet setup! I’m 180lbs and it’s perfect. I didn’t change out the fork oil as suggested but I don’t need to. I’m not ripping moto hard on it so it’s fine. I do wish the rear spring was a bit more progressive. It’s very stiff at the top. But it works great.
