This pivot system is made to fit the BBR ProComp or StockComp swingarms for the CRF110. Does NOT work any other swingarm including the stock oem.
We came up with this system to provide a longer lasting pivot system, as we had the OEM bushings “oval” out and create wobble play in the rear end. We were experiencing deflection on hard hits and jump faces. The OEM frame bushings are made from soft steel, and the bolt to bushing ID fit was sloppy, added stress from hard riding with our MX rear converted bikes destroyed the OEM bushings.
Features:
- Larger diameter (M14) bolt, machined from 4140 hardened bar stock and nitride finished for a surface hardness of RC40-50
- Left side swingarm bushing integrated into the bolt head
- Frame bushings and right side swingarm bushing are machined from 4140 prehard bar stock
- Knock out your stock frame bushings with a punch/hammer, install the supplied bushings, and mount the swingarm to the frame with the supplied bolt, swingarm bushing and new nut/washer.
Wheel spacers and shock mount not included
