In order for this kit to work on a 03-09 KLX110 you will need to use a 2010+ stock crank shaft and timing chain OR you can run the TBW9182 55mm Stroker crank kit.


Super Head 4V +R

Two valves in the intake valve and two in the exhaust valve increase the valve curtain area by increasing the number of valves to increase the intake and exhaust efficiency. 
The original cylinder head shape designed to balance the appropriate valve pinch angle, combustion chamber shape and port shape with 4 valve enables sustainable output characteristics at high output and high revolution range. Also, it is a high quality cylinder head adopted aluminum roller rocker arm and auto decompression camshaft which are well established with super head + R. 

Valve diameter 
Intake valve diameter: 23 mm × 2 
Exhaust valve diameter: 19.5 mm × 2 
Valve feature 
Weight is increased by adopting the valve stem shaft's reduced axis and waist processing to increase the weight added by the large diameter valve . 
Valve spring 
We adopt unequal pitch (2 step pitch), making it difficult to cause surging at high rotation speed. 
Steel valve spring retainer 

Hollow cam shaft with oil jet 
(auto decompression) Provide an 
oil line at the center of the cam shaft and guide the oil to the cam sprocket. This increases the durability and lubrication effect of the cam chain. 
Also, by providing an oil jet passage on the camshaft cam face and spraying oil from the cam face against the rocker arm, cooling and lubrication can be performed effectively. The camshaft journal adopts both end ball bearing support and reduces the frictional resistance to the camshaft from startup and low speed. 
Auto decompression function
Even with large displacement engine cars, the engine can be started with a light kick force. 
There are 4 types of camshafts, and they can be exchanged for use. The recommended camshaft is included in the kit according to the displacement.

Cylinder / Piston

Scut cylinder (Patent acquisition structure) 
There is no need to disassemble the crankcase, the displacement can be increased to 178 cc while leaving the normal crankshaft. 
The cylinder adopts a ceramic plated cylinder excellent in airtightness, durability and heat dissipation. 
Since our stick temperature sensor can be installed in our bore up cylinder, you can measure the cylinder temperature separately by purchasing a thermometer. 

Piston 
Combustion chamber shape and compression ratio are balanced, combustion efficiency is high, piston shape with reduced weight is adopted. Maximize the performance of Super Head 4V + R. Molybdenum coat is applied to the piston skirt part, and good initial familiarity is made.
